When some one is taking your words out of context put them back in.

Post your entire text log on paste bin and link to it every time she attempts to twist your words.

I'm not sure about the local precedents, but emails are usually considered to be like letters for copyright purposes, which means that you still own the copyright even though she owns the physical letter. For emails, that typically means something like she can keep the message (because she has implicit permission to make the copies which are a normal part of receiving and processing the message), but cannot send it to anyone else without your permission. However, she can show the message to someone else on her computer, and she can tell someone else the content provided she does so in her own words.

I would expect text messages to count as emails and thus letters, but they might count as telephone records in which case a whole different set of laws apply.
