Dispute that wasnt physical on my end

My gf called the cops after throw ing forniture and stuff at me , i didn’t do anything physically the cops came took stories grabbed her stuff and left . I wasnt arrested but now I’m panicking and can’t sleep what do i do ? Shes going back to her family and I know they are gonna try and paint a bad picture of me what can I do ? I’ve never hurt her shes broken all my things broken doors attacked me etc how can I just be done with this ?
