I'll add there are different degrees of speaking out your disapproval as well in socially safe ways.

You might ignore the presenter, you may cross your arms in disapproval, you may shake your head and utter polite but quiet "not cool". the micro response is so much more effective at shutting this down. It's a visible response, it's communicated your disapproval, but it's not "look at me i'm the victim!" theater.

We earn respect by responding with grace and commanding respect in how we conduct ourselves.

Start small, escalate until you are heard.

1 - Go to gym. Just do it.

2 - Ready books. Find whatever you like and read it. Recipes ? History ? Religion ? Whatever ...

3 - Do not do that many drugs.

4 - Do not simp women.

5 - Do not talk to male feminists. Those degenerate deplorables do not worth our speaking time.
