I'm having a woman here on reddit that's got a wild hair up her ass about a post in the AskReddit post about the chef's craziest customers, and I've noticed that a lot of my posts have been getting negative ratings a lot. I checked into it, and even old posts have gotten downvoted. Since then, she has created two new usernames (one aptly named 'th3dragonslay3r') and has been systematically downvoting a lot of the same posts. Truth to tell, I wouldn't have noticed had it not been for some of my posts being replies far down the comment trail of a post. All with no reply from the person I replied to, but all had the -2 comment rating (original username took it down to zero, then the other two took them down to -2). Now, I'm not one to truly care what my comment karma rating is, and frankly I feel a little pity towards her because I feel she is man-hating. Starting a crusade like that against someone is ridiculous, and it just shows she has no life and jacked up priorities. I don't understand why someone would get so freaking mad over one or two misinterpreted posts and go so far for petty revenge. It's not the downvotes that gets to me, but I feel like reddit should implement a system where if someone pulls up your username and starts downvoting all your posts, they should receive a negative link/comment karma respective to their downvoting of you to discourage ragers like her.

To give some insight, she was pissed because of a post I made about a very plus-sized woman who was obviously on a first date with a guy ordering a big meal and then picking at her food daintily like she never ate much. The female redditor was enraged I could be so judgemental and felt I was a 'typical ignorant pig' or some other such nonsense. But the woman who I was talking about picking at her food ordered a big meal and took it home. You could tell from the look on her face she wanted to wolf her food down, and that's ok! I respect a woman who will eat when she's hungry! I like to be healthy, but if you want to eat something, eat it! Too many women pick at their food because they think men are judging them if they eat well. This girl was trying to be cutesy though, and was laying it on thick. I felt bad for her because she felt the subterfuge was necessary, and I feel I conveyed that in my post. I think this female redditor just had a wild hair up her ass and I became the target for her rage. My comment karma was hundreds of points higher two days ago, but this hasn't discouraged me from posting. I'm more offended that she thinks this behavior is OK than any 'damage' she's done to a username I could shed like a wet layer of clothes. I won't, because I don't feel like I should have to...

My question is, what would be your reaction and what actions would you take? Insofar, she has not gained the upper hand on our banter. I have a feeling though that I have a personal lurker that will try to give me whatever negative karma she can from here on out, with all her accounts. At least for a while.

TL;DR Man-hater is downvoting me to hell, want other mens' opinions on why she thinks this is OK and what reaction/action I should have. Also why you think anyone who goes on a downvoting spree on someone's comments over one or two comments that upset them.
