When males are behind or disproportionately underrepresented, it's considered equality.

But guys, none of that matters, because none of that higher education translates to higher salaries for women!

Women still make up a smaller percentage of CEOs, doctors, and politicians! Women still have their wages cut when they take time out of their careers to have kids! Women still women less than women, and women women the minority of women! Women women women women women!
