Does anyone remember the boy in Milton Ontario Canada who died due to abuse and neglect by his foster parents?

Just read this article.

The boy was flat out starved to death. Here is an article where the doctor overseeing the boys was questioned.

Key notes:

- "Drastic changes in the child’s weight, height, and appearance have led MacGregor to compare his appearance to a Holocaust victim."

Is a description of how the boy looked like.

- " The form indicated the boy had lost 20 pounds from the previous year. " indicates severe weight loss. Was described as an incredible "downward trend" in his health.

- In another article it states that

"He weighed just 48 pounds and was 135.5 centimetres tall, down from 58 pounds and 137.5 centimetres a year earlier."

- "The defence lawyer played a short video showing the boy a few months before his death. He said the boy looked ashen and pale, with sunken cheeks and hollowed-out eyes. An emergency room doctor testified he was “skin and bones” the night he died. "

- The doctor even admitted that had he taken any action, the boy might have survived.

Finally, MacGregor asked whether, with the benefit of hindsight, actions he didn’t take “may have meant the boy would still be alive, sir, right?”

Duncan paused before answering.

“Possibly, yes.”

The next article shows the multiple failures of everyone involved.

Key thing to note The teacher called Children's aid society 4 times.

But, guess what. nothing was done. The next article states that the children's aid society not only didn't do anything, but they failed to even record important info. They didn't investigate or document information.

There was never an in person visit.

So, there you have it. a boy was so emaciated that they compared his appearance to a holocaust victim, was starving right in front of everyone. The school, the doctor, the Children's aid society. And not one person gave enough of a crap to save the boy. And this is in Canada, not some third world country.

Everyone just watched a boy starve to death. Nobody cared.

And just compare it to how women and girls are treated. Anytime a woman goes to the doctors she will be questioned on whether or not she is experiencing domestic abuse. they care so much about them they do next level proactive things to investigate and fix any sort of mistreatment that may happen to a female. They care enough about them, but would literally watch a boy starve to death right in front of their eyes and not do anything.

I've seen other stories similar to this. So this isn't a one off thing that happened. And anyone who has been browsing this sub knows full well that misandry and the general apathy of the wellbeing of males contributed to this.

This is just the first example that demonstrates just how little people care about men and boys in general. Which makes me think: If people care this little about you, why should you care about them?

I flat out don't care about people anymore. And the one thing I changed to reflect this is that I refuse to be an organ donor. This is the one thing I changed in my life as a consequence of being made aware of misandry and how disposable people actually view us.
