VAW = violence against women

I saw a stupid comment on social media earlier somebody saying that female violence against men isn't a "structural" issue like male violence against women supposedly is and of course this idiot also claimed it's nowhere near as serious an issue. I mean WTF, how delusional can someone be. It's bad enough to mitigate and trivialize FVAM but then you play the victim olympics and insinuate that there's structural or systemic violence against women by women in the government and society. How ridiculous to insinuate something like this and not only take away from how massively underreported FVAM is but then exploiting women who have genuinely been abused and pushing a misandrist agenda with a conspiracy theory like this. I don't doubt in some third world nations structural or systemic violence against women is well a thing but it's not like men have it great in such places, either.
