TIL that Retina displays don't have any particular resolution, pixel density, or size. They range anywhere from 272×340 at the low end to 5120×2880 at the high end depending upon the particular Apple product.
Saying that you have a Retina display is meaningless beyond it being an indicator that you're using an Apple product. That's why everyone intelligent enough to not buy Apple products describes their monitors in terms of resolution, pixel density, and size while Apple users simply state a meaningless trademark that they personally associate with quality as a result of Apple's advertising.
