Sexual assaults? Not close. Rape, once you define rape as nonconsensual penetration of the victim only and ignore nonconsensual envelopement of genitals as rape? Yes. That's how they can claim "99% of rapists are men" while in a typical year over 40% of the nonconsensual sex is perpetrated by women.

It’s certainly perceived as a male dominated crime which is a shame as it invalidated thousands of male victims

The numbers are most certainly not anywhere near "99%" but there's also a massive bias when it comes to how this crime is perceived and how the sentencing is carried out, which in turn affects the statistics used to justify the bias. A lot of women will commit sexual crimes and be given a free pass for it because they are women. A lot of men are also innocently deemed as guilty, even when they are innocent, or qualified as sex offenders for harmless crimes, such as peeing in a bush.

A female can touch most of your body parts and still go casually
When a male does the same it will become sexual harassment.
This is just an example,

If everything considered the same way and equal, Women will be at 70% and men at 30% on that statistics.
