Yea, and worse, when my ex accused me of abuse the court wouldn’t let me see my daughter for 4 months u less I paid a state organization $50 for each 60 minute visit.

Then When the Army declares me a victim of abuse, the state only let me have 2 days a week for another 6 months till the judge could make a final judgement which was 50/50.

Since then my ex has had 3 DV charges (still facing 2 since one just made her go to counseling to drop), and has a CPS case that is opened by her older son that claimed abuse and the courts tell me, she can have my daughter 50/50 till the CPS investigation makes a determination.

Serious, WTF?!?!
