I'm willing to bet you hate the Nazis. I don't point that out to argue that feminists are just as evil and genocidal as the Nazis, they aren't, but like the Nazis, Feminists are united by ideology. Same as climate activists, same as Socialists, same as Marxists, same as Pro-Lifers, and so on. Ideologies are not above criticism, hating an ideology, or even it's ideologues, is not like hating classes of people, like men, black people, children, lefties, or bisexuals.

I don't think anyone has no hate. Feminists certainly hate "the patriarchy," though there aren't any "Patriarchists" for them to hate. My point is, I don't think your accusations of hatred really carry the weight you expect. I don't hate all feminists, but I despise some, and I do hate Feminism. I'd be ashamed to say otherwise.

I don't think the two can coexist. What do you think Feminism is? Equality? Well there are plenty of people who want equality but don't consider themselves feminists, or even consider themselves antifeminists. Feminists have also encouraged policies that are not equal (see the Duluth Model for an example). I don't think equality defines feminism. What defines feminism is the belief that women are oppressed by men, or at least by "the patriarchy" (men). You'll never meet a feminist who doesn't think that, and you'll never meet an antifeminist who does.

I don't think women are, or even have been oppressed by men. I didn't use to think this, and it took a long time to convince me. But the evidence supports the antifeminist position. I don't think it will be possible to advance men's rights without destroying the lie that women are oppressed by men, and since this belief is what defines feminism, men's rights and feminism are at odds and cannot coexist.

I'm curious what you find inherently strange about men's rights. I hope you'll elaborate, because I love when people who don't agree with us come to have a discussion and express disagreement.

There are a lot of subs I don't understand, and some are so hateful. So you know what I don't do? I don't go there. I don't try to police what others do. I don't decide that if someone has a different opinion on something that they must hate it.

I do wonder why someone would think men wanted their own place to discuss things would be considered an 'inherit strangeness', but hey, you do you.

Man a lot of these replies are kind of proving your point unfortunately.

It's a mixed bag like all subs. But in it's best moments there are legitimate discussions on real issues.

The main issues imo being marriage/divorce/family rights and reproductive rights.

There are other relevant issues that may not technically be legal rights. Things like disparity in education and abuse of title 9 and 'diversity' in schools and workplaces.

And of course sometimes guys just want to vent and we get the occasional troll like any sub.

On it's it's worst days this sub can be a lot like twoX for men.

The main reason for this is probably that there aren't really any other subs for men. Ever since the RP and MGTOW groups got banned this is pretty much it.

I personally don't think all feminism or feminists are bad but I don't necessarily think it benefits men in any meaningful way. Despite claims to the contrary.
