The answer is in the name. Men's rights. Specific rights that men need to fight for vary from country to country.

Genital integrity. Fairness in divorce and child custody proceedings. Reform of the domestic violence model (the duluth model of patriarchal abuse, for instance.) We campaign against the astronomically high suicide rate for men and lack of mental health, or domestic violence services. There are far more women graduating at all levels in college, but extra funding (financial aid received because of genital status) is still exclusively for women. There is also the drastically reduced sentences women are given compared to a man with the same criminal record and crime, particularly in cases where a woman sexually abuses a boy. Also reproductive rights, of which men have very few, or none at all. Most people use the straw man that MRA's want to control whether women can or can't get an abortion but i've never actually seen that argument. The point is that if a woman can choose whether or not she is ready for motherhood, the father deserves the same consideration, so we also argue that "legal paternal surrender" should be implemented. Her body, her choice, absolutely. His money, his choice..and people start getting angry. If equality between the sexes is the goal the men are the ones that actually have systemic discrimination. Men are the ones with less legal rights than women, on the books, and not like the social conspiracies of the patriarchy. The discrimination is codified and labelled, but since "it's just the way things are" people ignore it. Do just a little legwork and you would see that "rape culture" by the feminist definition only applies to sexually abused or raped boys and men, not to women, at least not in the western world. Personally, i only found the MRM while trying to find out why I was treated so terribly, victim blamed, told i'm just looking for attention, that these services were only for "real rape survivors," all while trying to get help and cope with the sexual abuse i experienced. Imagine how it feels being told you can't charge a woman with rape because that's is something men do. If you are at all serious, there is plenty to go look up. In comparison, manspreading, the pink tax, free tampons etc sound trifling compared to things like circumcision.
