Now, a patriarchy with men having authority over women and children for the benefit of women and children has always existed and will continue to exist. Answer 2: For most of human history, men and women were treated like property. The patriarchy I described in my first answer was for the benefit of women and children. There was never any society where women were treated as second class citizens.

Answer 3: There is no state in the US where abortion is banned. Not one. Some states have more restrictive limits than others.

In most areas of society men make up the very top and the very bottom. The arguments about number of CEO, politicians, or billionaires by gender don't make sense when people below 50 years of age make them. Most of those positions are held by older people that lived in extremely different conditions. Between inheritance and business many women are now becoming billionaires. Women are the majority of consumer spending so products for women extremely well. This is especially the case when it is marketed as for women by women ,due to the social climate. Men also end up in top positions due to pure seniority. Men are far less likely to leave the workforce when they have children. As women decide not to have kids, have their partner stay at home, or opt into other forms of childcare these numbers will even out and are already trending that way.
Women are objectively worse at combat and manual labor. There can be acceptations, but on average this has been true throughout history. The vast majority of countries on the planet were built on the deaths of men. Men were expected to defend, expand, and provide. This usually meant risking their lives. On top of these responsibilities men were also expected to protect women and children. Most reasonable people wouldn't have accepted these terms if women also had equal access to positions of authority. Why would you allow someone to send you to die when they would never have that responsibility themselves? Even today it could be argued why women can hold government positions in countries with mandatory male only military service. Women did have less freedom, but it's not like men were just living easy lives in the mean time.

This biological difference greatly lowered in importance due to technological and cultural advances. With men no longer having to hunt or do manual labor with just their bodies more of them accepted the women's rights movements' speaking points. Women today in most countries have equal or near equal rights, freedom, and access to authority. The privilege comes into to play when these women still expect the treatment from when they were a protected class. Violence against them is expected to be taken more seriously due to them being weaker, but nobody differentiates between violence against men of varying strength. They have equal access to authority, but it is not considered their civic duty to sign of for military drafts. They make up a greater percentage of college attendance, but there's always a push to get them into majors where they are considered unrepresented. Students choose their own majors, so them being underrepresented is a choice. These are just a few examples of why we say they are privileged today. If were are talking about historical privilege the answer always remains in safety. There is this strange portrayal of women as servants by people today, but they just ignore the average man. The average man was pretty much a beast of burden for society that was given just enough to keep them contributing. That mentality continues on today where men will work long hours in jobs that will kill them just to provide. Men withdrawing is seen as dangerous because without connections and expectations men can be comfortable with very little and are unwilling to do more than the minimum. Society is very clear that a "good" man is someone who puts himself last and makes sacrifices.

Abortion usually isn't a men's rights topic. The men's rights portions usually comes after birth when the question of responsibility and accountability comes along. Men are held responsible social and legally while women have all of the choice. You'll see varying opinions because unlike feminism the stances are far more varied here. I'm personally of the stance that the entire decades long debate wouldn't even be needed if abstinence was just the norm.
It varies by the country. Most vocal feminists live in the west and claim they are disadvantaged here. Women have been far more vocal about their hardships than men have. This makes it seem to people like men must be living better lives. It is up men to describe what our actual reality is like, so that people see even though we have differences in some ways our reality is not easy. That's why we're in this space in the first place.

It's good you are branching out into other communities to be well rounded. I am no expert in men's rights, but I will try my best to explain stuff to you.

Being a billionaire does not equate to holding power. IMO, power is more directed in terms of governmental sway. In that case, there are many senators and politicians who are female as well as male.
I don't think that men's rights denies the patriarchy ever existing. It has definitely been there all through history. The thing is though, some people think that the patriarchy is still as present as it was a long time ago, and this is simply untrue. The reach of the patriarchy has decreased significantly.
Abortion is a different topic that doesn't really come up in men's rights.
I think majority of men's rights activity is concentrated in the US and Canada where there isn't as bad of a patriarchy. In countries like Saudi Arabia, women are not more privileged and are in need of a women's rights movement.

Again, it very greatly depends on the place. Some places women were not suppressed at all and in fact, they were monarchs, and in some places women were.
A ton of women also think abortion is murder.
Yes it greatly depends on country and culture.
