A lot of the world has become theatric. Things are done for display and impact, but not for the person who inspired the act. Just the performer, director and producer.

I don't know where you could go to find appreciation from people who matter to you. It could be here, it could be outside. But the first person who needs to appreciate your deeds needs to be you.

It's typically why people stop doing things. They're worth more than that, they deserve better. Everyone doesn't have the freedom to decline the call of duty, I know that. It shouldn't have to be up to that enslaved person to create purpose beyond his intended performance, but who else will?

If you stand alone and stand proud, you won't have to find approval in someone raising your arm in victory. It's only worth as much as you decide unless someone's opinion you value comes into question.

It's a lot of reason why men stand alone. So many things men do are scrutinized to the point where even men fight each other over whether or not it's worth being respected for. If you really believe it is, just make it important for yourself, praise and respect others who make the same sacrifice. Hopefully people notice and join your efforts, but if you yourself already do, it isn't that important.

You just need one person to appreciate you entirely! Don’t fall for all the hatred you see online and find that person. Avoid anyone at all cost who speaks generalized negativity and try not to look at that content as it does not reflect the actual good people in this world, which there are plenty of.

I'm a woman, and I completely understand you. It's unfair that men have to carry so much on their shoulders. That's why, in the past, women were expected to be there for their husbands. They were expected to support them when they were sad, when they were exhausted. Women were expected to take care of men too. It's true that men have to work to provide for the family, but they didn't have to buy things for their wives. The whole point was to help each other. It's a shame that not all women today understand this.

Brother, I don't have a lot of time to really thread out my thoughts here, but feeling sad about things like those you have listed (and I do it too) you have listed is the root of the problem.

We have been sold the idea from birth (as have generations before us) that pleasing a woman or women is the measure of our worth. So we feel sad when women are not only not pleased but hate us in spite of all we do.

Don't think feminists don't know that. They know damn good and well how it hurts men. They just will never admit that's the whole idea.

You and I hold the keys to our torture chamber. I live my life because the way I live it fulfills me and honors the people in my life I damn well choose to honor.

I will know I am living my life right when I can look at the life I have, the person I am and the things I stand for and find putting value on the opinion of people who criticize or dismiss me - especially some woman who wouldn't piss down my throat if my guts were on fire - completely ridiculous.

It took me a long time to get there. It doesn't have to take you as long.

Very much overly negative. We died in wars for ourselves, our families, our neighbors. We work for ourselves and our families. Taxis are driven my men, women and robots. We fall down building homes? remember, women doe in childbirth. We have work to do but it snot as bleak as you suggest. Sometimes we see what we want to see. Focus on the good things in life and keep you eyes looking forward.

Maybe slightly too negative? Eh, that's fine. We all need to vent from time to time. We're not robots without feelings and desire to be acknowledged as an individual with its own needs and wants. It's been 12 days. I hope there have been some positive things coming your way.
