Yes, what you did could be considered assault if he told you to stop.

Using a belt on another grown man is kinky so maybe he does like you but I'd say it's retaliation. Don't know if i'd go so far as to remove my belt. A handy stick would have sufficed. That would be aggravated assault.

If you did that to a woman she'd probably hit you and/or cry rape. You'd get charged for assault. The fact that your a dude and a friend most likely kept him from going to the cops.

He told you to stop and you didn't, that's a whippin if you're 10 years old. Are you 10? then quit acting like it. Respect it when a person says no. Don't keep trying to get your way like a child.
