If you're feeling excluded on inclusion day then you should petition your work to have a "Men's Health Network"

It shouldn't be too hard to convince your employers that men need help with mental health, encouragement to get physical checkups, dealing with divorce and loss of contact with their children, etc.

I'd also take the precaution to make it clear from the beginning that this network isn't a feminist friendly space. Otherwise, within short order you'll have feminists invading your network trying to convince men that they're all misogynists.

I don't think so. The only gender-based network here is based around women in leadership positions, which is statistically lower than men, so it makes sense to have that one. It would be nice to have one for men, though.

I wouldn't say its offensive. Women have their own group because the interest is there, while men don't because no body cares. Just how we are for the most part.
