There's another double(?) standard in nudity I'd like to get the sub's opinion on. We were preping for a bachelor party and we could get a third stripper for 30 minutes or a topless waitress for 2 hours. We went with the topless waitress. The best man remarked that you don't really see anything from the waist down anyway. Dr. Shermann pointed out that a naked man is the equivalent of a naked woman in stirrups.

Even the MSM at times agrees that this is the case, but only in the instances when it "disadvantages" women / girls. When they talk about girl's sexuality. Girls not being able to "see" their genitals because it's internal or women getting labiaplasty because they can see their genitals because they've shaved their pubic hair. Of course they blame men because the men prefer it shaved.

Taking this into consideration, should there be a different standard in full front nudity? They made an issue of the full frontal nudity in Westworld. Neither Thandoe Newton or Simon Quarterman used a "merkin". I've seen Newton's nude scene and you can't really see her genitals. Should the 2 be considered equivalent or should a penis draw an NC-17 rating while a vagina without clearly visible labia draw an R or even a PG-13 rating?

What about cross gender viewing in prison or locker room access or in a medical setting (that's Dr. Shermann thing, patient privacy)? Should there be a different standard there and what should that be?
