Firstly.. seek legal advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) or similar organizations.. don't ever take legal advice from Reddit or anywhere else on the Internet.

Secondly.. the only real chance you have is to demand a timeline of events and hope that their made up accusation does not match up with your alibi.. e.g she claims that the sexual assault happened at 2pm on a Friday and you have clear evidence to show that you were in class at that time..

Slowly the evidence will chip away at the facade and lies this woman is trying to build up..
But prepare yourself for a long drawn out fight to clear your name and even then if she spreads rumors around town even IF the court finds the accusations to be without merit or false there will still be people who believe it at face value because they've been indoctrinated to believe that Men are Rapists and Women are victims of Rape.

Oh and the whole #BelieveWomen thing as well because there has NEVER, EVER been any case what so ever of a woman making a false accusation against a man. Women would NEVER lie about something this serious.. (Big and very massive /SARCASIM there guys...)

I went in there and punched back against some of the "believe all women" guilty-until-proven-innocent crowd. They are in there, and someone needs to stand up against that.

This is truly disgusting, and the worst bit about it is the FATHER agrees! The father himself should know how dangerous the bias towards male rape conviction is, and to think his own son is a rapist says he doesn't think much of his son to begin with. Absolutely crazy.
