Male Birth Control development

I'm a medical student. It's unlikely we will have a viable male birth control bill or implant for a while. There's far too many factors at play to stop millions of sperm production per day. It makes far more sense to target that to women, who only produce an egg per month. I am all for and support male birth control but it will take time.

Didn’t they try making these before? Didn’t multiple men die from it and a large percent became permanently sterilized?
