Saw this stupid comment earlier from some idiot on Twitter/X. Not that anyone expects intelligent conversation from there and especially with the rampant misandry on there, but how delusional and idiotic does one have to be to believe this to be true? There's no evidence for male privilege even being real let alone being something that dominates institutions with the numerous disadvantages facing men and boys. Men have to register for the draft or face legal repercussions, boys face bias in schools, the justice system is infamously misandrist, misandry itself is usually denied as either existing or not being a serious issue, men and boys as victims of violence, abuse, rape, etc. (especially by women) is still a taboo and off-limits subject... the list of examples go on. There's infinitely more evidence for female privilege being both real and something that has actual institutional power. I think whenever anyone uses a BS argument like this they cease being someone with integrity and aren't worth listening to. Same whenever they also evoke similar nonsense like the "patriarchy." This is just another way they like to deflect from male issues and also create a rift between men and women. They've shown repeatedly to not want actual equality and harmony between both and BS arguments like this are further proof.
