Firstly, I would not use those words to describe the men's rights movement. Feminist comes from the term feminine and meninist comes from no real root word. I don't believe we should define equality for men by what feminism isn't, as men's rights are not opposite from women's rights. The opposite of men's rights are a lack men's rights and the opposite of women's rights are a lack of women's rights. I believe in both men and women having rights, and therefore, I'm technically a feminist and MRA (men's rights activist).

Secondly, there are many arguments that show inequalities against men. I'm not going to give you the statistics to shorten this a bit, but I'll give you the main points:

Imprisonment. Men are imprisoned at much higher rates than women which has a great deal to do with police policies, court enforcement of policies, and legislative policies that are unfair to men.

Education. Men graduate high school at significantly lower rates, enroll in college at significantly lower rates, etc. Men are behind in nearly every level of education, if not every level, yet the government provides help to girls and women more than boys and men.

Health. Women live about 7 years longer than men and this gap is growing. Funding for women's health issues being greater than that of men's health issues at a rate that would blow your mind. Men are denied things like free mammograms that are given to women in October strictly because of their gender. In the ACA (aka Obamacare), female contraceptives are covered while male contraceptives are not.

Male Disposability. This incorporates a lot, but basically the general concept that the lives of boys and men mean less in society than the lives of girls and women. This is why you see men pushed away while women get saved in the face of imminent death (think natural disasters, war zones, etc.), why men are forced to register for the draft and women are not even while we allow women to join the military voluntarily, why men fulfill the most dangerous jobs, why most experimental research is done on men, why violence against men is accepted in video games while violence against women is not (look at how Target Australia pulled GTA5 for "violence against women" while the violence against men in that game is much worse), etc.

Homelessness. This is one that really breaks my heart. Men are significantly more homeless than women, yet the government shelters more women than men.

False Allegations. If a man is falsely accused of a serious crime, even if it's admitted by the accuser that they lied, rarely are charges ever pursued. Even when the man is acquitted, his life is often ruined and his defense costs him a great deal of money while the accuser has no to little repercussions. Many women's rights groups are now advocating for law enforcement to never pursue charges against false accusers. Another aspect is that the standard of proof has dropped dramatically. It's often more up to the accused that they didn't rape someone than it is up to the accuser to prove they were raped. The standard of proof has dropped in law, in school (accused people get expelled), and business (if a woman simply feels uncomfortable a man can be fired, whether that feeling is justified or not).

Domestic Violence and Abuse. About half the child victims of sex trafficking in the USA are boys, yet the government rarely ever does research even looking for male victims (most of the research looks specifically for females). Most child abuse in the USA is done mothers, even though fathers have the worse image. In domestic abuse, women are more often to be the instigators while men are more likely to not fight back, but the image is that men are more likely to abuse. Men are also more likely to be injured from domestic abuse. There is also a stereotype that women are acting in self-defense when they use force against men, but studies show that women are instigators 71% of the time in nonreciprocal violence (which is violence where only one partner is violent against the other as opposed to reciprocal violence, where both partners are violent towards each other).

There are a lot more issues, but I tried to give you the most important ones. I tried to give a brief description and examples of each one, and I threw in a stat or two. I have many more stats on this stuff, but I didn't want the post to get too clunky. If you want stats on something specific, just ask. Feel free to answer any questions you may have as well.

I don't use those words and I'm not familiar with how they're used - so actually, no, I can't explain them. Sorry.
