As someone who has to do weekly teleconferences and zoom meetings, the audio lag makes it really hard to get a word in some times. Especially if the person is soft spoken, like most women are. She's making everything out to be sexism when it sounds pretty damn similar to my male college experience as well

That bs video was so edited you cant tell.whats going on. I also find it interesting that compared to other zoom vids ive seen this doesnt show her screen with her cam on as part of the meeting

If is a fair picture of what happened, and it's a big if, it doesn't prove that this happens to women more than men. If they did gender blind research, it might well turn out the way research with gender-blind job applications has turned out.
