My first time posting to MensRights. I signed up recently as I've always felt that mens rights are overlooked. And more so men are pushed into giving up any sort of claim they might have to their rights. I truly feel that the world has shifted to demonize men, and it concerns me.

Either way, the original purpose of my post is coming from something that was spawned in my workplace over the summer. Every time I bring up my disagreements with the whole idea I seem to be pushed aside and told to internalize my feelings. Basically, the company I work for has instituted a Women's Network which is simply a club involved in promoting women in the workplace.

I don't disagree that women have had strife in the workplace, historically speaking women were treated very poorly. My issue is that any notion I had to make a Men's Network was immediately chided by my peers. They felt that it would cause far too much stink and that we should all just join and support the Women's Network.

It's something that's sat poorly with me for a while, and I feel this might be a great place to hear some opinions on the topic.

Feel free!
