In the U.S., the Department of Labor gives all sorts of labor statistics. You can find out what photographers make on average. You can find out what men versus women earned on average, which is the pay gap.

Men do earn more than women on average. That’s a fact. What’s also true is men work more hours on average, choose more difficult jobs, spend more time in the workforce, etc. It’s illegal to pay women less for equal work. The gender pay gap does not compare equal work: that’s the big misrepresentation on the part of feminists.

Let’s look at equal pay day another way: It’s essentially the day of the year when men and women have earned equal pay, but men need to keep working to earn more, but women don’t.

Consider that men overall work more and earn more (gender pay gap), BUT, women overall spend more than men. So, women work less, earn less, but due to a transfer of wealth from men to women get to fiend more. Neat trick. This is a huge advantage, not a disadvantage. Call people in it when they try to doin it as the opposite.

I never hear about the paygap nowadays. This article is from 2018 leading up to the woman's day march, it was written to wind up feminists in Trump days.

I don't think any normal people beleive it anymore.

Men do the dirty difficult and dangerous jobs and get paid more. When men move into women's fields they choose they highest paid positions e.g. nurse anesthetists.

Instead of looking at earnings, look at taxes paid. Men pay, as a group, enough to cover their entire life costs back to the state, women die having cost the the government a 5 figure sum.

Women without children earn more than men without children.

The fact is, same job, same experience, same number of hours worked per week, there is a less than 1% difference. While there are numerous factors involved, one key factor is that women tend to be more agreeable than men and are thus less likely to push for a raise.
