Meanwhile raping a man is 100% legal in India and it is 100% legal for women to molest children (of which there have been multiple instances of this occuring without justice). I myself have been molested by women as a child so Inknow that it happens. India's govenment is a complete shithole and I hope that all of the people responsible for these brazen discriminatory laws against men and boys are killed.

I think it’s fine. The only issue is that’s it’s only for women. Make it for both. Sure women are definitely the main target regardless, but might as well cover all bases

I don't think there's anything wrong with the law. In India, We often have arranged marriages where the guy and the girl are engaged to each other and basically date each other. Some assholes take advantage of this and have sex with woman but then come up with a dumb excuse to not marry her. Unfortunately, this is extremely common in non-arranged relationships as well.

This law will become another one of those where we see a couple of people get prosecuted in some years. It would be hard to prove that you had sexual intercouse just for the sake of it.
