Negative, in most western countries.

As a male you have absolutely no rights when it comes to parenthood. Regardless of any paperwork/pre-nups you create, the government will force you financially to support the child.

This is why raped male children are being forced to provide child support.

No. Unfortunate as it is, such a clause is not legal and could potentially void an entire pre-nup. Men and women are not afforded the legal right to dictate their paternal obligations (including child support). This is not an issue for women however as they retain options to escape motherhood post-conception.

So what options do you have? Not many and all of them are preemptive:

Always use and personally dispose of your own condoms. Check for holes in the condom before sex by inflating it. Proper disposal of ones own condoms will help prevent sperm-jacking. Some men go so far as to use Tabasco sauce as a spermicide.
Have a vasectomy and optionally keep some sperm stored (as suggested by /u/hardwarequestions). Remember, the procedure itself does not guarantee protection and men with one can still be screwed over (here and here). The previous option may still be adhered to for extra protection.
Avoid single mothers. Men have been forced to pay child support for kids who are not their own. Here is a relevant MensRights discussion on this topic from three months ago. On a similar note, you should always contest the paternity of a pregnancy attributed to you as you could otherwise be forced to pay for another man's child.
Refrain from sex. This is not the solution men hope for but it is the only one to provide guaranteed protection (assuming one is not raped or sperm-jacked). Recently a post was submitted to MensRights wherein the submitter described their reasons for becoming abstinent. This is often times referred to as 'ghosting' in the MRM.

So overall, things are quite bleak. Knowing the risks is a big step in preventing them however. If this is unsettling, I recommend you inform others. Provoke discussion. Ideally things won't be so grim a few years from now.

Thanks for the advice everyone, I guess a vasectomy is in order sometime down the road... And maybe a clause about the proper use of frozen sperm (for all the good it may or may not do).
