The problem is, it isn't true. Women get sent to prison. By including that, you compromise whatever valid points come afterwards.
There are plenty of inequalities ( including shorter prison sentences ), but women not getting sent to prison isn't one of them.

Their sentences, if they even get one, are pathetic.
A guy gets a higher sentence for looking at a woman the wrong way, than a woman murdering three kids.

In America, the right to vote is given because of the draft, you can vote, provided you will lay your life on the line for your country.
Women are exempt, and ultimately can vote without reprecussions.

So are old people, and the disabled. Yet they've never been denied the right to vote.
The right to vote was never contingent upon military service, and it's a dangerous association to make. We want a diversified group of informed voters, not just military voters. Restricting the vote to those who have military inclinations is as horrible an idea as limiting it to those who have advanced college degrees. You get a one dimensional perspective running the country.
History shows how that inevitably ends.

The right to vote in the USA for males IS contingent on registering for selective service, whether there is a draft or not. You are being disingenuous to suggest that for men, their right to vote is automatic upon attaining voting age. It isn't. As for old men, and even disabled men, if they never registered, they cannot vote. They may be exempt from being drafted, but they are not exempt from having to register, and can be denied a whole raft of government services and entitlements unless they register.

You're missing the forest for the trees here. It's not just the right to vote, but several other privileges that men can only acquire via surrendering their bodily autonomy. That's the real problem here, and what we should be addressing, not any presumed associating between registering for the draft and voting.

I'm not advocating for women to be subjected to selective service registration requirements, nor that men shouldn't be subjected to registration requirements. In fact, I haven't advocated for or against anything. I've expressed what the situation for males in the USA currently is. I never made any assertion about what the situation should be.

It's not so much confusing as lies. The right to vote for men is contingent upon registering for the draft where women do not have to earn their vote it is a right where a man's is a privilege to be acquired.
