I am very much against circumcision. I would like to give a persuasive speech on the subject. Since the pro-circumcision side is claiming to have Science on its side, I want my speech to be un-emotional and methodical.

With the recent report about medical benefits of circumcision, I am looking for some real cited numbers instead of all the political posturing.

Note: I need citations! I realize I'm asking /r/mensrights to do some of my work for me. This isn't homework and no one has to help! But I know some MRA's feel strongly and if you know where to find these answers I will appreciate it. I have an audience so if I give this speech it may actually do some good.

The figures reported in the popular media are pretty meaningless. Reduces chance of UTI by 90%? What does that even mean if we don't already know what the baseline chance of a UTI is?

What are the chances of a circumcised baby boy in the US contracting a UTI in the first year?

What are the chances of an uncircumcised baby boy in the US contracting a UTI in the first year?

What are the chances of an uncircumcised baby boy in the US whose parents properly wash him contracting a UTI in the first year?

What are the actual complications when baby boy does get a UTI? Death? Permanent damage? Or does he just need some antibiotics?

What are the chances of an uncircumcised male in the US contracting HIV? What about the chances among males who only have sex within marriage? Other STIs?

What are the chances of a circumcised male in the US contracting HIV? What about the chances among males who only have sex within marriage? Other STIs?

All the above questions, but for a country that does not routinely circumcise, say, the UK?

What are the risks and complications of infant circumcision? What is the likelihood of these occurring?

What are the risks and complications of adult circumcision? What is the likelihood of these occurring? (Is it just "it'll hurt more and be sore a whole lot longer" or do bad things really happen?)

Any links to unbiased sources reporting the history of how America came to routinely circumcise? Was it really Kellogg and done to prevent masturbation?

Religious reasons: I have this covered myself already.

Finally: what do medical associations in other countries think about the US medical community supporting circumcision?
