Wish I felt good about this. Jjst got back from my taking my own daughter to scouts and some of the cruel, cold, manipulative things my own daughter said. Even saying things I know are outright lies ... And she's only 9. Her mother has done everything in her power to make me the enemy. Im fighting for 50/50 but I am basically having to say if you really don't want to come over some nights I can't force you if you're that convince you're going to be miserable. So yeah they can make it 50/50 on paper but if they poison your own kids it won't matter

I watched some videos about the outcome of the new Kentucky laws and it has been noticed there were a considerable drop in the number of false DV allegations during custody battles( false DV is a tactic used by unscrupulous parties including lawyers to create de-facto custody)
