"Trespassers will be shot," we have all seen this sign before whether it be in real life or a movie where inevitably characters trespass and get shot at. When someone does feel shot who do they blame? The person getting shot, of course he should have been trespassing it's a stupid thing to do.

My point is if I post a sign saying "Blacked out drunk girls will be penetrated," or something similar to that remark would that be counted as consent?
