Chances are you'll be fine. Contrary to what people might think from the emphasis on false accusations here, while they are certainly a problem, they are nowhere near as prevalent as some seem to think.

And even if she were to accuse you of anything, asking people here for advice is probably not the best idea.

But really, I wouldn't worry about it. Don't live your life in fear. You've done nothing wrong and almost certainly won't have anything to worry about. It's most likely exactly what she said, she was just uncomfortable and wanted to move on. That's obviously no fun for you, but I don't see the connection between that and the sudden worry that she'll accuse you of something.

Any woman can easily "misremember" or twist reality enough to make you a villain in her own mind when it suits her, which is why men need to stay away from the unstable and vengeful. The truth between you does not matter much, you always run that risk.

It sounds like your ex was telling you, 'Treat 'em mean to keep 'em mean.' Given that she was breaking up with you, she probably felt she had to have a 'reason', which may or may not have any bearing on what she really felt. Don't waste too much energy trying to understand it, and if you did nothing wrong then for goodness sake don't get eaten up with worry.

If she said nothing about it then it sounds to me like she was either looking for an excuse to break up with you for another reason or she was worried about hurting your feelings.

Yeah, like the others I wouldn't beat yourself up over it too much sounds like she had been thinking about it for awhile so it's not like you could have rescued it.

If you feel that she may make a false claim against you for whatever reason then you must cut off all contact with her immediately. If she tries to contact you document it every single time but do not respond.

It sounds more like she felt that you were putting her on a pedestal, and she felt uncomfortable because that's a lot to live up to. Not that she was uncomfortable having sex with you.

Most women understand that falsely accusing a man of rape absolutely destroys his life. It's not something that happens often. You're more likely to be sexually assaulted yourself than falsely accused of sexually assaulting someone.
