Ah. The idiocy never ends. People just refuse to get the wording right when it comes to predatory women.

Unfortunately, if the laws dont include what she did in the definition of rape, they can't use that word in the article, so as fucked up as it is that they don't mention rape as what she did, it's worse that what she did doesnt even fall in the legal definition of rape. Now, they should say sexually assaulted instead of "had sex with".

It's not only that those slimy lawmakers got the definition wrong. They actually make it look like when a woman sexually assaults someone, it's "less serious" than if a man did it. In the minds of most citizens they see rape as only a man capable of doing it and a really horrible thing. In their minds, a woman can only "sexually assault" someone and it's "less serious" no matter what compared to a man. Even if a man gets severe phsical trauma like blood coming out of his junk and psychological trauma.
It would make sense if the word was used for both male and female perpetrators but certain details are looked at for how serious it is. Like a woman forcing a man into bed by gunpoint then tying his member to assault him, having him go to a medical hospital, can't be less serious than a slightly drunk man assaulting a passed out woman at a party.

My friend. You MUST be mistaken.
Men can't be raped. EVERYONE knows that.

It’s unfortunate, but it’s true to a certain extent. “Rape” doesn’t occur unless a foreign object penetrates you. So even if a woman forced her way on you while you were intoxicated, tied you up, got you going and rode the living daylights out of you, she still, by law, would not have raped you. Now, if she jams a pine cone up your ass backwards, then you might have a case.

The definition of rape has changed since it was first used:
rape (v.) late 14c., "seize prey; abduct, take by force," from rape (n.) and from Anglo-French raper (Old French rapir) "to seize, abduct," a legal term, probably from past participle of Latin rapere "seize, carry off by force, abduct" (see rapid). Latin rapere was used for "sexually violate," but only very rarely; the usual Latin word being stuprare "to defile, ravish, violate," related to stuprum (n.), literally "disgrace." Meaning "to abduct (a woman), ravish;" also "seduce (a man)" is from early 15c. in English. Related: Raped; raping. Uncertain connection to Low German and Dutch rapen in the same sense.

There is nothing in any of these definitions singling out penetration. There are also other meanings to the word. We have allowed our definitions to be reduced from nuanced meanings to overly simplistic meanings that do not allow for anything beyond that narrow definition.
Iow, newspeak.

While I can’t argue that the definition hasn’t changed overtime, here is an updated definition of what the courts consider rape as of 2012. It has been updated to exclude gender and has focused more on the penetration by any body part, oral or foreign object.

Yeah. Sorry, I was venting a little I guess.
Thanks for the link. That's a very frustrating definition, because it claims to be gender neutral and makes claims for 'women and men', but it doesn't cover 'made to penetrate' ... by this definition that guy who passed out and his girlfriends roommate fellated him was not raped.

Imagine having a woman pressing a machete against you screaming "Get it up! Get it up! Come on, you don't want to die, do you? Give me your cock!"
And they won't consider a scenario remotely like that rape. Think of experiencing that, feeling this way and being treated like you should be fine, like you weren't raped with threats of violence. You're expected to just believe you were "forced to have sex". There's a shorter way to say that.
I'm afraid to have kids in this world.

Gynocentric logic:
A man walks by a woman at a busy train station? Raaaaapeeeee!!! Man arrested, woman's identity is sealed.
This? Not rape.
