I was talking to my buds at work about how feminism is harmful. One reason I brought up is that feminists don't give a flying fuck about women in the middle east, who are suffering from real oppression and not bullshit like manspreading or sexy video game characters, or nonsense like slut shaming. And then some woman came up to me and said well if you care about womens rights in the middle east then your a feminist. And I'm like fuck you. This reminded me of the religious when they say "the fact you have love, proves that you have god in your life." Not to diss the religious people hear but it awfully similar. Now if some chick went up to you and told you this, how would you respond.
