The worst part of these things is that it’s always the worst members of either side which are brought up. This is by no means the most common opinion, but a few people shouting it is enough to cause greater division as a species.

It's a lot like the incel narrative tbh. Women become disillusioned and then blind to all the good that men do.

This is an extreme and small sample size of course but it deals with two polar opposites so I kind of like it personally.
