This is the idea of equity in motion -based on group identification not on actual need. See the list of bursaries to benefit only women. This link is being promoted in my workplace (a university). Another reminder to staff and students that if you happen to be born in a male's body, you are ineligible. My workplace constantly promotes special training and opportunities for women even though most staff and students are women.
