At around 13:11 the following discussion rang very true for me as it might for many:

The payer objects and the recipient feels entitled to it which would not be true if the child support award amounts truly reflected the out-of -pocket costs of raising children. Interviewer: ... And is there a venue where this discord gets played out? Interviewee: in the courts... in divorce courts....

Me: we all know that this gets "played out" with the uncomfortable insertion of very large objects anally which most dads prefer not to experience..
