I would like to have some measure that differentiates between someone who accused an innocent man because of mistaken identity and someone who accuses an innocent man out of malice. In the case of mistaken identity there should be no lawsuit. but if someone has been proven to lie in court or falsify evidence to try to destroy a man with a false rape claim. there should be massive criminal penalties. a minimum sentence of ten years a maximum sentence of 25 years. The courts need to crack down on anyone who would lie and falsify a rape claim to use the judiciary as a weapon. this kind of criminal scum is almost as evil as an actual rapist.

You can't correct the fraud from within the system very easily at all. You can, however, defund the system. Starve it to death.

MY WAY OF LOOKING AT SOLVING THE PROBLEM: You can educate the decent enforcers (oath keepers) to refuse to enforce the laws the people condemn. See Sheriff Richard Mack's activities. Take back your city council.Demand the election of a Constitutional Sheriff. Refuse to tolerate sports addiction and celebrity gossip addiction among in social circles. In a depression and a growing police state we've got no time for zombie airheads. Refuse, on a local level (county, township, etc.) to fund top-down control-freak big gov't agendas. Reject 501 3c gov't-influenced churches.

Eighty years — that’s about how long it took the state of Alabama to posthumously pardon the last three of nine men who were falsely accused and wrongly convicted of raping two white women on a train.

Why is their race relevant in this statement?

They infamously were called the Scottsboro Boys, because the nine black men were just 12- to 19-years-old when they were arrested in 1931.

Because the accused were not white, OK. Kind of sloppy there. But wait: they were called "Scottsboro" because they they were young? Or because they were black? Or because it was the 1930s?

Oh, I guess it's a town in AL. I didn't know that: it could have been a street, or someone's name, or some other reference. None of that is indicated clearly.

This first paragraph doesn't give me much hope for the coherence of the article.

Are you fucking kidding me? You all are insane. This case happened in 1931, in ALABAMA.

These women were told to say that the men raped them on a train. The white, all male BTW, jury decided to find the men guilty even when the two women both recanted their testimony. If you want to get your pants in a bunch over 'false rape accusers' then find a case that was tried in the past 10 years, not one that happened in the middle of segregation in a southern racist state.

ALSO, check your facts. The number of people, both male and female, who report rapes are a fraction of the number of people actually raped.
