Whenever I hear people say “Mommy”, it’s to say someone is hot. Ex: Mommy? Sorry. Mommy? Sorry.

Many women who use the word daddy sexually isn’t always because they had bad fathers. I’ve heard more men say you have daddy issues than women, referring to the woman’s dad was gone or missing. So having “daddy issues” just became the name for calling someone “daddy” and other attributes. Some women who do consider themselves as a “top” or “dom” enjoy being called mommy. Or they enjoy being called it because it’s another way to compliment a woman. Not everyone who says daddy/mommy have serious issues with their parents. Age regression exists, but it’s normally not supposed to be sexualized and it’s meant as a form of coping.

Daddy issues usually relate to emotionally or physically absent fathers, mommy issues usually relate to enmeshment. Not the same issues.
