There is literally nothing good about chivalry. I see people crying all the time about how "chivalry is dead". Even the progressive site "Good Men Project" had published a pro-chivalry article for some weird reason. First of all, chivalry is not dead, there is evidence that people are more likely to help women than men.

Second of all, chivalry is anti-male and should be viewed as anti-male. As seen in the links above, people are more willing to help women than men and they're also more willing to sacrifice men than women. I know that some believe this is rooted in biology, but even if it is, it's still reinforced by the cultural norm of chivalry.

Stop defending anti-male cultural norms! If chivalry is dying (which I doubt) then that's a good thing!
