Hi, I'm new here! I just wanted to say hi and share something that really bothers me and I think this is a perfect place to do it. We all know that both males and females have their privileges, but Jesus can we just talk about how BAD it is for men on the Internet? Doesn't matter if it's Youtube creator, Instagram, Twitch... I have friends who work their butt off on youtube for 10x better content, yet the female gets much more views, praise and attention just because it's a female which is absurd, people should be praised for the quality of their work or their character, not their gender. I'm still a teenager, living in a country where these "PC" things aren't that far like in the US or UK, but it REALLY bothers the hell out of me. Ik I'm still young and all, but I have a feeling that we (men) are kinda digging this hole for ourselves with our behavior towards women. Whenever a female joins discord where I dwell with my friends, they just forget anything else that exists at that point in time.

Can anyone experienced tell me how they feel about this topic and did they ever experienced the female Internet privilege and/or give me an example from their stories. Thank you very much.
