Alright guys, today I’m gonna recap how it all started. How we went from having men be awful and degrading to women, to… well really the other way around. Since the dawn of humanity, as humans slowly started to populate, men were very dominant and they had urges just like we do today, only they had no self control. So men quickly started to use women for… well sex. Anyways, as civilizations were built, men had the idea that women shouldn’t have opinions and shouldn’t do the same things men can. So that happened. But then one fateful day in 1920, on August 18th, the female independence act was signed, giving the females the right to vote (which I believe they should). Women became more independent as time went on, and there weren’t many problems. But then… in the 1970’s… women began to become… toxic. DUH-DUH-DUH!!!! How did this happen? Well here’s a theory.

Feminism was a small, but growing concept in the mid and late 1800’s. Its purpose was to create equality between women and men. But notice the name of it. Feminism. It’s allllll about the women. Yes, they were the ones being treated unfairly, but if you want equality, you gotta represent that. It should’ve been called ‘Humanism’ or something like that. Something that spoke out and said “We wanna be like you guys. We want the things you have.” And they should’ve. The women should’ve. But they were focused on themselves, not moving forward as a human race TOGETHER. So, even after the female independence act was signed, feminism was still active. And it pushed past its original agenda, going to its full potential, making it all about women. They let the power they had over men go to their heads. And they do have power over men. Notice how most men today have no pride and just let women talk down to them, all because they wanna get some. Men were being defined as controlling even when they weren’t being so, and even being defined as dumb, while women were seen as victims. Perfect people. And no one would dare say anything about it, or they’d be burned at the stake.

So now we have toxic feminism, feminisms full potential. Here are some examples of modern feminisms Clears throat “incidents”… In 2021, (Idk the full date, apologies) at Brower College in Australia, all students were called into an assembly. The male students were called on to verbally apologize for the actions of rape and offense against some of the female students on campus that these boys didn’t even commit. And although the justification was in response to growing concern about how the girls were being treated on campus, the girls were left feeling exposed and upset while the boys were left feeling guilty for being males.

Another great example is from 2019. Some of y’all might remember this one. In 2019, Gillette released the ‘We Believe’ ad. It painted men as the most degrading, degenerate, stupid, misogynistic people on the planet. It was disgusting. The men in the ad were sexually harassing and bullying women, while the women just stayed silent, too afraid to say anything. It painted men as violent, toxic, and sexist.

When we say being masculine is toxic, could that have its consequences? In a study done a year ago, the study showed of over 4,000 men in Europe, they found that thinking masculinity was bad was linked to having worse mental health. But when men are viewed as oppressors, is there even any room for male struggles?

Listen, I’m a guy. I’ve been pretty pissed off with feminism too. But I want everyone to realize that what they’re doing to us men now, is similar to what men did to women all through history. We keep making the mistake that because we’re two different genders, that we should be treated completely different. Maybe only a little bit, but not a lot. We drew a line between the genders and said “Males belong here, and women belong here.” It’s awful. We can’t just get along? Is it really that hard? We’re all people. God made us all equal. We gotta act like it.
