In the bar scene especially, the unabashed favoritism of women over men astounds me. Bars unapologetically allow attractive women to skip any and all lines, offer 'ladies nights' where prices are slashed for women, and create an atmosphere hostile to men.

Commonplace is the occurance of a peeved woman intentionally spilling a drink on a man who - for fear of shedding his 'manliness' - cannot retaliate. No matter how big or small the slight, women maintain the distinct privilege of acting in accordance with however they feel like at bars, no questions asked. Men on the otherhand will be promptly socked in the jaw for acting out-of-line.

Not only is the scoffing and mocking of well-intended males accepted but it is encouraged for women to rebutt men who seek to engage in conversation. Instead, men are expected to "buy" women's time - quite literally - in the form of free drinks. Most confounding of all is a womans need to seek validation through rejecting advances - for example, girls will spend hours dressing up and applying make-up to their faces only to arrive and hardly interact with the opposite gender. Invariably, women will cluster on the dance floor in tight groups, almost always snubbing encroaching males.

Yet the sick irony is, once alone, a woman will shed her prudish tendencies and expose her often ravenous sexual appetite in the bedroom. Although it is 100% in their best interest to have you believe otherwise, women are just as - if not more - sexual than men. Afterall, a female's orgasms last triple the duration of a male's orgasm. Manipulation via sexual attraction is a pervasive and potent trend in these circles.

Since men lack group preference to the same extent as women do, men fall prey to women and become suckers in the face of their sexual 'ass'ets. Although men are imprinted to believe that masculinity implies actively lowering oneself to curry the favor of women, there is nothing less 'manly' and more degrading than a man begging at the knees of a woman, slack-jawed and tongue lolling out, simply for the ability to engage in act mutually-pleasurable to both parties.

No longer should men reduce themselves to mere marionettes, allowing women to pull the strings. Watching this video conjures up the pangs of ridicule and mistreatment I've suffered in silence. The sole allowance of women to select reproductive candidates is no longer relevant with the advent of birth control. There is now absolutely no reason to propogate such a disgusting and humiliating culture. As men, we must come together to fight for our dignity.

There is nothing quite like seeing the traditional gender traits reversed to really consider how ridiculous the whole thing is...
