Made a new account to avoid doxxing. Made a post about legal discrimination. Got to read so much baseless and toxic arguments. What we can even expect.

Let me tell you a story of a 17 year old boy, Manav, who was #metoo by his classmate who just needed attention at her instagram account at the moment. According to her, this SA happened 4/5 years ago. He was apparently sleeping at the moment when she put the story. The story went viral like fire and he was labelled a rapist without asking any evidences. Her friends shared the story with many tags. Manav started to get harrased, shamed and even threatened by the girl and her friends via messages and calls. He pleaded with her friends to take down the post. He pleaded with her to disclose her innocence but nothing. He finally reached out to his friends but they couldn't do much in this case except giving moral support. His family wasn't very good and he was very hard-working with some future goals and had very little social circle and so an easy victim. Let me tell you, all this happened in an HOUR and he finally committed suicide by jumping off 11th floor of his building.

Afterwards, the girl posted another story in which she called him coward and claimed it's not her fault that he couldn't handle the pressure and she was very happy also.

The police took no interest in case for 1 month (not even filed the FIR). They did no investigation for next 3-4 months and the girl is still free.

BUT, again this case doesn't matter as it's one of few cases and we should focus on people with more stats. As one of the commenter on previous post said that as she is one of the victims, she can invalidate other victims. What a sad society we are living in now.
