My friends gf brought one of her arguments up in a bar on New Years...sort of. She claimed "Men and women can never be equals because men are stronger and that makes them superior".

Well first off what makes us special as a species has nothing to do with raw physical strength. Take the wooly mammoth for example, that big walking ton of badass; it was so big and strong it had zero natural predators because nothing could kill it, nothing until humans came along that is. Even though we were much smaller, weaker, and incredibly more frail we used what makes us special as humans to overpower and hunt what was once unhuntable. We used our speed and cunning, language skills, tool making skills, ability to use teamwork, and ability to strategize; these are some of the things that make us, as humans, special--not physical strength. I believe women share these qualities as well which is why I see them as equals.

I cannot take anyone seriously who doesn't take the time to actually spell out their arguments, even if they might have a valid point and it always seems to be those kinds of people that are the most vocal about circumstances they can't fully comprehend. For what it's worth, I am sorry that happened to you.

She has a point she's just missing the part that men have to deal with women like that. The mood swings, low libido and the hormones just making us crazy. Not exactly equal amount in suffering but close.

Ok, so i ended my text with:

And the daughter of Isaac Newton set me straight again with:

"i bet, that im smarter than you are XD i don't usually say that. .. no wait. .. i dont say it at all to ppl, but i did to you <sup>_</sup>^ and i have more talents that you are and deserve for more respect at least unlike others i try to understand others position."

Her smartness is out of reach.
