One thing i have noticed is that the whole Andrew Tate thing seems to have started men expressing their mental health issues more recently.

Recently a lot of my friends are all being shown the same tiktoks on their fyp. These started out as sigma male videos. Kinda just joking around funny videos of American Psycho saying things that a sigma male would say and being alpha and stuff like that. But I think its progressed more now.

Videos started coming up where a slideshow would depict men struggling with depression. Slides depicting men getting yelled at, then the next slide showing them crying in bed, then the next showing a shotgun in their mouth. And more recently videos of guys looking into the camera saying "don't go looking for help. Resort to alcoholism and it will all get better", and other similar videos.

All of these have hundreds of thousands or even millions of likes. I think it shows that that's how a lot of men feel and I think its because they feel that they can't get help these days. I just thought they were funny videos initially but thinking about it, its pretty worrying and upsetting.
