It's supposed to be if the person is INCAPACITATED by alcohol that sex with them would be rape -- not simply drunk. It's only in recent years that feminist extremists have claimed anyone who is drunk cannot consent. This is nonsense. A person who is fully conscious while drunk, but still aware and able to walk and talk can consent. An incapacitated person cannot.

You have to use ‘man years’ they are like dog years but they apply to human males and when it comes to life experience.

When a 30 year old woman ‘has sex’ with an underage boy ‘man years’ is at work. When an underage boy ‘has sex’ with an adult woman and it results in a child, ‘man years’ applied means that he must pay child support.

From my calculations one year of male human experience is worth slightly more than 2 years of female human experience so a thirteen year old boy is the experience equivalent to a thirty year old woman or to be more accurate the thirty year old woman is actually 13.

A college age woman is actually 10ish in man years so obviously she’s a victim in the exchange between her and a young adult male.

Both are correct. Make absolutely certain you trust your partner before you fuck. That means you've talked honestly like adults about what birth control you will use, what the plan will be if there is a disease, if the relationship will be open or not and who the other partners are, what you will do if a child comes into the question, what will happen when one person wants to stop, and how it will be dealt with, what happens when one person needs some intimate contact but the other cannot provide it, are porn and mastrubation acceptable in the context of the relationship, and so on. And both parties need to honestly agree.

It seems like a lot to agree on, but it isn't so much if the couple involved both express themselves honestly and are open with each other about their needs. My girlfriend and I did exactly the above. We have a plan for the things we have anticipated, and we are prepared. That conversation took an hour or two with some joking over dinner. We talked about it, mostly agreed on some things, disagreed on some others but compromised (because we talked it out), and that was that.

Without all of that organized, sex is just too risky. Having sex is ALWAYS serious. We have to take it seriously, every single time - it's worth doing, of course, but you can't not take it seriously.

I'm not advocating for only going the traditional route of waiting for marriage before having sex. I think that is one valid path, but even THAT doesn't guarantee that you've planned accordingly and made yourselves ready. I sure didn't go the traditional route, and I don't know that we will ever actually get married. We don't need that, and I don't know that we ever will.

I think a LOT of today's problems come from just not taking sex seriously. I think of the abortion debate in the same way. Perhaps the best thing to do is allow women unlimited access to abortions, but AFTER the abortion, they have to sit down with a sex counselor (with their partner if possible) and figure that stuff out. From there, require that abortion centers have counselors that can facilitate those discussions. I think the main complaint about adding extra stuff you have to do to abortions before hand is that abortions are an emergency and have to be taken care of right away, and there shouldn't be a delay - to which I agree. If you are going to go through with one, it's a traumatic experience and you clearly put yourself in a position to have an accident, so maybe the best thing for you should be to get some help with that.
