It's no consolation knowing it will come back to bite her on the arse later.

Keep everything that can prove you fought. She will be brainwashing your child that you don't care. You need to prove it when they are 18.

Keep your chin up. Keep fighting. I went through this as a child and I came to realise which parent was right as a teenager.

One silver lining is that we are living in the information age. Even if she moved her to a moon base you can still message your daughter every day on multiple social media platforms. Keep with it and let her know that no matter what, you still care. Stay strong brother.

Our children are very different, and I have many years of driving to go, but I get it.

women are naturally vindictive. combine this with an inborn victim complex, and you have a recipe for a very toxic individual

with that said, I'm sorry for your circumstances.. your daughter is old enough to understand your circumstances - that things are beyond your control, and it's her mother simply trying to hurt you (and her). maybe it would be better to focus more on getting your financial house in order so you can be more equipped to care for her after she turns 18 and her mother can't use the state to push your teeth in.
