Men are far more than the word itself denotes.

Men are builders.

Men are Warriors.

Men are the backs upon which society rests, and no, “centuries of oppression” had no effect on who built society. It’s always been mothers who raised sons and fathers who later taught them to become men. There were even entire societies that were matriarchal and most of them no longer exist.

Men are leaders.

Men are the dead who go, whether by their own will or that of another, to die in dangerous jobs and ceaseless wars.

Men are the inventors of the world and the geniuses of the past, present, as well as the future in far vaster numbers than their female counterparts. There have been educated women throughout history but, who did the inventing? Men. They made nearly all that is in the modern world but, somehow men are the problem.

Men are the ceaseless. The drones who destroy themselves to keep the world moving. The ones who obliterate their own bodies over decades to ensure the world doesn’t collapse under its own weight. Did you know? Are men to take just a day off that our power grid would shit down and take months to restore? Men are the sewage workers keeping your toilet flushing. The one who take your garbage for you on trash day.

Men are the ones who brainstormed the idea for solar power, wind power and many more ideas. Men are the ones who took action to plant one million trees.

Men are amazing, and why there are so many women who advocate for reducing their population to 10% baffles me beyond reason.
