It refers to a subreddit entitled ShitRedditSays.

They have a whole network of affiliated subreddits called "The Fempire" and are devoted to Radical Second Wave and Third Wave Feminism, alongside all their associated "social justice" causes.

They're pretty close to the antithesis of this subreddit.
