You make the test as legally valid as possible and never tell your wife. It is a slimy and scummy thing to do, and of she finds out that you've been hiding things from her there will be consequences.

Used to be you could move to Texas as they wouldn't enforce other state's child support demands. Hence the sorrow in the lyrics "All my exes live in Texas." I'm guessing that's not true today.

If I had a one night stand I'd wear protection; if the woman came back and claimed I was the dad, I'd tell her to prove it. No proof, no support. What idiot would do otherwise?

No. I wouldn't raise the kid at all. I'm going to test any children I have, even if I'm 100% certain that the kid is mine. Because then I'll actually know, and I'm sure that a whole lot of cuckolded men were 100% certain that the kid is mine.

I'm not going to tell her about it. I'm just going to swab the kid's cheek and file challenge my inclusion on the birth certificate if it comes back negative. No sense in insulting her with the knowledge.

if i had not been asked by the woman to father her child, and i had not agreed to it, i would not raise it regardless of DNA

becoming a father is a choice, just as becoming a mother is, and sex is not choosing fatherhood. if you wish to argue that sex is a choice to become a parent, then you must also enforce this for women too, and therefore abortion must be illegal.

i think that abortion should be legal, because sex is not a choice to be a parent. the only thing that is a choice to become a parent is , the thing itself, choosing to become a parent. and therefore i give myself this choice too.

Lying to a child is never a good idea. If you know, you need to come clear, preferably with the mother going along, too.

In my state as soon as you started paying you are on the hook. DNA be damned. If you are on the hook you might as well make the best of it - help find the real father and be invested in the kid's life and turn it into a book deal.
